Precertification of all in-network mental health and substance abuse treatment including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services |

Concurrent review and continued stay review to determine the continued appropriateness of the intensity of care being rendered |

Discharge planning assistance for all precertified care to assist the covered individual in making the transition from one level of care to another |
