Within the confines of confidentiality, Managed Care Concepts will work with your organization to create a reporting system that meets your needs. We typically provide quarterly reports to our client organizations. These reports include the status of the implementation and training, any policy or procedural issues and/or utilization data on all employees and family members using the program.
